本文主要针对现阶段我国社会在公平分配方面存在的问题，研究并提出促进社会公平分配的对策建议。全文分导言、第一章公平分配的基本内涵，第二章当前社会公平分配存在的问题及危害，第三章促进我国公平分配的若干对策雏议等部分。 第一章阐述了近200年来东西方一些有影响的历史人物对社会公平分配内涵认识的主要观点，尤其是马克思主义的认识与实践，并在此基础上对社会公平分配概念作了明确的界定。 第二章阐述了当前我国社会贫富悬殊的5大方面，这5大方面牵涉社会公平分配的起点公平、过程公平、结果公平的问题，解决这些问题，对缩小贫富差距，构建和谐社会是非常必要和紧迫的。 第三章从一逐步大力淡化社会户籍制度、就业体制、经济结构的二元化。二加强管理和监督，从根本上限制垄断行业的不合理收入。三坚决遏制、打击黑色收入。四先富帮后富，促进区域公平分配。五提高一线劳动力收入，5个方面比较系统地提出了解决当前我国社会贫富悬殊，促进社会公平分配的具有较强可操作性可行性的对策。希望对政府相关部门的决策有一定的参考意义，为构建和谐社会出一分力。

This article mainly discusses and puts forward countermeasures of promoting social equitable distribution through the research on the problem of it in present society. The article includes an introduction and three chapters. ChapterⅠ introduces the basically connotation of equitable distribution. ChapterⅡ talks about the existing problems and hazards of present social equitable distribution. Chapter Ⅲ talks about several countermeasures of promoting social equitable distribution in our country. ChapterⅠmakes a clear definition of the concept of social equitable distribution, on the basis of the main point of view of several influential historical figures from east to west in nearly 200 years, especially through the understanding and practice of Marxism. Chapter Ⅱ expounds five aspects of the disparity of wealth in our country at present. It involved in problems of the social equitable distribution through the starting,the process and the results. It is very necessary and urgent to deal with these problems so as to narrow the gap between rich and poor, and build a harmonious society. Chapter Ⅲ systematically puts forward operational solutions to solving the problem of the disparity of wealth and promote equitable distribution in society from five aspects. Firstly, gradually weaken dualization of social household registration system, employment structure, and economic structure; secondly, strengthen supervision and management, fundamentally set a limit to the unreasonable revanue of monopolistic industry; thirdly, strongly restrain and attack illegal revenue; fourthly, the rich help the poor to promote region equitable distribution; fifthly, raise revenue of front-line workforce. I hope this article would have certain referent significance to the relevant departments in government when making countermeasures, and make some effort to building a socialist harmonious society.
