随着中山市和珠海市城市发展与社会结构变化，石岐话与前山话也正发生着相应的变化。本文对两地语言进行调查，并与周边闽方言隆都话、客家方言南朗合水话、广州话，及过往学者的文献研究记录进行语音的综合比较分析。本文目的在于细致描写石岐话与前山话语音面貌，并从历时与共时两个方面对石岐话与前山话的演变与发展情况进行考察。
全文共分为五个部分。
第一部分为绪论。该部分主要描写中山石岐、珠海前山的地理与人文历史情况、当地语言资源情况，对相关研究现状进行说明，并对本文的研究目的、意义、方法和材料来源进行介绍。
第二部分为音系。该部分对石岐话与前山话的新老派音系进行描写，并附上连读变调描写与声韵调配合表。
第三部分为历时研究。该部分分别将石岐话与前山话与汉语中古音系统进行比较，从历时的角度出发，考察两方言的语音特点。
第四部分为共时研究。该部分从共时角度出发，通过对石岐话与前山话之间、新老派之间的对比分析，并探寻差异产生的原因。
第五部分为余论与结语。余论部分就本文发现的石岐话与前山话特点，结合前人的论著，对石岐话与前山话的系属提出自己的看法。结论部分对全文进行总结，并指出后续的研究方向。

With developing in Zhongshan and Zhuhai and changing of their social structure, both Shiqi Dialect and Qianshan Dialect are changing correspondingly. We have researched the phonetic systems in Shiqi and Qianshan, and comprehensively compared with Min Dialect in Longdu, Hakka Dialect in Nanlang Heshui and Cantonese, which are surrounding to Shiqi and Qianshan, as well as other material researched by other scholars. the main aim of our thesis is to describe the phonetic features on Shiqi Dialect and Qianshan Dialect and to investigate the changing and development in Shiqi Dialect and Qianshan Dialect by diachronic and synchronic comparison.
The thesis is divided into five parts.
The first part will be the introduction. In this part, we will describe the geographic location, historical evolution and dialects in Zhongshan Shiqi and Zhuhai Qianshan, and give the brief introduction to the relative researches, the aim, the purpose, the method and the materials to this research.
The second part will be the phonetic system. In this part, we will describe the phonetic and phonological system of the old groups and the new groups in Shiqi Dialect and Qianshan Dialect.
The third part will be the diachronic comparison. In this part, we will compare Shiqi Dialect and Qianshan Dialect separately, with Middle Chinese phonology system to try to find out the features of the two dialects.
The forth part will be the synchronic comparison. In this part, we will compare Shiqi Dialect with Qianshan Dialect, between the old groups; the old group with the young group separately and try to find out the reason why the differences occurred.
The fifth part will be the postscript and the conclusion. In the postscript part, we will discuss Shiqi Dialect and Qianshan Dialect belong to which brand of the Yue Dialect according to our materials and discovery with citing other opinions by other scholars. In the conclusion part, we will draw a conclusion to our thesis, proposing the prospects of Shiqi Dialect and Qianshan Dialect.
