论文摘要:
网络环境的普及为成人学习者实现随时随地学习创造了契机,但网络教育的非实时性、低约束性和信息冗杂性,加上成人学习者特有的学习障碍,导致网络教育整体质量不高。国内外成人教育家通过大量研究表明,自我导向学习是成人的主要学习方式。在我国现有成人学历教育各类形式中,如:自学考试、成人高等教育、开放教育均有大量有关自我导向学习方面的研究,但有关网络教育中成人自我导向学习的研究较少。加强网络教育情景下成人自我导向学习的研究,能为促进网络教育质量提高提供理论参考。 一方面, 本文对国内外自我导向学习理论研究成果从概念定义、理论模式、测量工具和研究群体四个方面进行了梳理;另一方面, 本文综合论述了网络教育的特征、学习障碍和教育质量管理三个方面的已有研究。结合以上两部分的研究综述提出自我导向学习多维观理论倾向,并以此为理论基础,结合网络教育的特点开展相关分析。 首先,本文对网络教育给成人学习者带来的机遇与挑战进行了全面分析。指出网络教育能帮助成人学习者克服参与障碍和实现优质教育资源共享,同时也带来了诸如资料处理、学习监控能力和参与学习动机等方面的更高挑战。其次,通过理论分析,论述了网络教育中自我导向学习的可行性与必要性,进而说明成人学习者的自我导向学习能力对网络学习起有重要作用。因为在网络教育中,学习者具有较强的自我导向学习能力,能提高其资料处理能力、自我监控能力和激发学习者的内部动机,从而克服网络学习中的困难,充分发挥网络教育的优势。此外,通过对华南师范大学网络学院学生的调查,利用数据分析网络学习者自我导向学习能力倾向与学业成绩的相关性,得出正向相关的结论,进一步从实证方面证明了自我导向学习在网络学习中的重要性。 最后,针对网络教育的特点,分别从学习者和教学者的角度出发,提出促进网络教育中成人自我导向学习的策略。作为学习者,要树立自我导向的学习意识,了解自我导向学习能力的构成并着力培养,掌握自我导向学习的工具,借力计算机网络技术。作为教学者,应开设《自我导向学习》课程为网络教学基础课,运用网络自我导向学习模式统筹教学,教学者在设计网络专业课程时要有利于学生开展自我导向学习,并且改善网络学习平台建设,促进学生自我导向学习。

The popularity of the network environment has created an opportunity for the realization of adult learning in anytime and anywhere. But the network education is not real time teaching. The low constraint and information complexity, learning disabilities with adult learners characteristic, causes the whole network education quality is not high. Adult education experts at domestic and abroad by a large number of studies show that, the self-directed learning is the main way of the adult learners. Research on adult self directed learning aspects of the existing large adult self-study exam education, adult higher education, open education in our country, but the relevant network education of adult self-directed learning research are real. Strengthen the network education situation of adult self-directed learning research, help to improve the quality of network education provides the theory reference. The paper run through the self-directed learning theory from the concept definition, theoretical models, measurement tools and research groups in the four aspects. Then discusses the existing research on three aspects: obstacles and education quality management study characteristic, network education. Combination of the above two parts of the review of the research on self directed learning theory proposed multidimensional tendency, and on the basis of the theory, to carry out relevant research combining with the characteristics of network education. First of all, the paper analyze the opportunity and challenge for network education to adult learners. It is pointed out that network education can help adult learners overcome obstacles and achieve participation in quality education resources sharing, at the same time it also brings more challenges such as data processing, monitoring the learning ability and learning motivation in participating in etc.. Secondly, through theoretical analysis, discusses the network education in self directed learning feasibility and necessity, and then explains that adult learners self-directed learning plays an important role in network learning. Network education, learners have strong self directed learning ability, can improve the data processing ability, self-control ability and inspire the learner's internal motivation, so as to overcome the network learning difficulties, give full play to the advantages of network education. In addition, the investigation on the students of South China Normal University School of network, by using the correlation data analysis network self-directed learning aptitude and academic achievement, obtained the positive relevant conclusions, further proof of the importance of self directed learning in network learning. Finally, according to the characteristics of network education, from both teachers and learners perspective, proposes the promotion in the network education of adult self-directed learning strategies. As learners, to establish self oriented learning awareness, to understand what constitutes the self-directed learning ability and cultivate; They should master the self-directed learning tools, leveraging the technology of computer network. As teachers, they should set up the "self-directed learning" curriculum for the network basic courses teaching and use the network self-directed learning mode of coordinating teaching; teachers should help students to develop self directed learning in the design of network course. They also should improve the network learning platform construction, promote the students' self directed learning ability.
