论文摘要:

广州市玉岩中学自2006年建校以来,在学校的大力支持下体育方面取得了辉煌的成绩,为有体育特长的学生提供了发展空间,为广州市乃至广东省体育发展中做出了较大的贡献,并为上一级输送了多名高质量的体育人才。

本文以广州市玉岩中学高中体育特长生的培养现状为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法、实地调查法、SWOT分析法对广州市玉岩中学教练员和高中体育特长生进行调查,得出的结论如下:

1.广州市玉岩中学培养目标明确,办学理念先进,在政府的引导下学校大力发展体育,与时俱进,为体育特长生发展提供平台和机会,促进体育特长生全面发展,为广州市体育人才的培养做出了贡献。

2.广州市玉岩中学在体育特长生培养方面取得了优异的成绩,在选材方面科学严谨,通过测试各项指标,根据体育项目严格考试,文化课统一考试三个阶段进行正式录取;在训练方面,训练科学合理,运用多种训练手段,重视体育理论知识的学习;在竞赛方面,建立常赛机制并对竞赛全过程进行指导;在文化课学习方面,学校为解决学训矛盾,根据体育特长生的成绩设置了专门的课程体系,并利用晚自习和寒暑假时间进行辅导;在管理方面,采用“三集中”管理模式,由教练、文化课老师和生活老师三者联合管理。

3.广州市玉岩中学采用校企合作模式(职业俱乐部、体育学校和学校进行合作),为本校教练员和体育特长生带来了先进的训练理念,提高了本校教练员的执教能力和体育特长生的技战术水平。

4.广州市玉岩中学培养体育特长生的优势主要体现在市、区、校领导对体育的重视,建立激励机制,家校之间进行密切合作;劣势主要体现在学训矛盾严重,教练员任务重,待遇偏低;机遇主要体现在冬奥会热潮下,助推体育事业大力发展,相关政策的支持,与社会俱乐部建立合作;威胁主要体现在应试教育的局限性,学校之间竞争激烈。

5.充足的资金和一流的场地设施为体育特长生的培养提供了保障。学校具有一流的场地器材设施,每个运动队有专项经费并设立体育后勤保障组,满足体育特长生持续发展的需要。

根据现状提出相关的建议有:(1)加强教练员的岗位培训,制定教练员带训的奖励制度;(2)深化落实体教融合改革,构建“学、训”一体化培养体系,平衡好文化课学习和训练之间的关系;(3)与高校建立联系,充分利用高校的资源;(4)学校应建立“以人为本”的管理理念,促进个体健康成长;(5)重视心理健康教育,引导体育特长生树立正确的人生观。

外文摘要:

Since its establishment in 2006, Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School has made brilliant achievements in sports with the strong support of the school. It has provided development space for students with special skills in sports, made great contributions to the development of sports in Guangzhou and even Guangdong Province, and sent a number of high-quality sports talents to the upper level.   

This paper takes the training status of high school sports exceptional students in Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School as the research object, adopts questionnaire survey, interview method, field survey method and SWOT analysis method to investigate the coaches and high school sports exceptional students in Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School, and draws the following conclusions:   

1. Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School has clear training objectives and advanced school-running philosophy. Under the guidance of the government, the school strives to develop sports and keep pace with The Times, providing a platform and opportunity for the development of sports students, promoting their all-round development, and making contributions to the cultivation of sports talents in Guangzhou.  

2. Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School has achieved excellent results in the training of sports students, scientific and rigorous in the selection of talents, through the test of various indicators, according to the sports program rigorous examination, the unified examination of cultural courses three stages of formal admission;  In the aspect of training, the training is scientific and reasonable, the use of a variety of training means, pay attention to the study of sports theory knowledge;  In the aspect of competition, establish regular competition mechanism and guide the whole process of competition;  In the aspect of academic learning, the school has set up a special curriculum system according to the scores of sports students in order to solve the conflict of academic training, and use the evening self-study and winter and summer vacation time for tutoring;  In terms of management, "three centralized management" is adopted, which is jointly managed by coaches, cultural teachers and life teachers.     

3. Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School adopts school-enterprise cooperation mode (cooperation between professional clubs, sports schools and schools), which brings advanced training concepts to the coaches and sports special students, and improves the coaching ability of the coaches and the skills and tactics of sports special students.

4. The advantages of Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School in cultivating special sports students are mainly reflected in the importance of the city, district and school leaders to sports, the establishment of incentive mechanism, and the close cooperation between the school and the family;  The disadvantages are mainly reflected in the serious contradiction in training, heavy tasks and low salary of coaches. The opportunities are mainly reflected in the Winter Olympics boom, boosting the development of sports, supporting relevant policies, and establishing cooperation with social clubs;  The threat is mainly reflected in the limitations of exam-oriented education and fierce competition between schools.    

5. Sufficient funds and first-class facilities for the training of sports exceptional students to provide a guarantee. The school has first-class field equipment facilities, each sports team has a special fund and set up a sports logistics support group, to meet the needs of sports special students sustainable development.

According to the current situation, relevant suggestions are put forward: (1) strengthen the post training of coaches, formulate the reward system of coach training;  (2) Deepen the reform of integrating sports and education, build an integrated training system of "learning and training", and balance the relationship between learning and training of cultural courses;  (3) Establish contact with universities and make full use of their resources;  (4) Schools should establish the "people-oriented" management concept to promote the healthy growth of individuals;  (5) Attach importance to mental health education and guide sports students to establish a correct outlook on life.
